Cookie policy

Your choices

When optional analytics are configured, use “Cookie settings” in the homepage footer to change your choice at any time. Essential-only is a complete option: the site and enquiry form work without analytics.

Essential storage

We save your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage under “rt-consent”. Secure hosting and organiser sign-in may use authentication cookies. These support access and security.

Optional analytics

If the organisers configure Google Analytics 4 and you choose “Allow analytics”, the site loads Google’s analytics script to help understand website usage. Analytics cookies may include identifiers such as _ga. They are not loaded when you choose “Essential only”. Changing your preference stops new analytics collection; existing cookies can also be removed using your browser settings.

Eventbrite checkout

The Eventbrite widget loads only after you choose the ticket options button. It connects to Eventbrite to display tickets and process your requested booking, and Eventbrite may set its own cookies. You can instead use the direct Eventbrite booking link. Eventbrite controls the payment and ticketing experience.

Video and media

The session video is served with this site and does not require an external video-player service. It starts automatically with sound muted unless your browser requests reduced motion. You can pause playback or turn on sound using the video controls. Organisers may replace media in future; this policy should be reviewed if external services are added.
